Poncho liner, ”Woobie” is a separate liner which was originally intended to be used with US style rain poncho as a warming layer (liner, wet weather, poncho). But, it has many clever uses which are not limited to rain gear. Warmer, comforter, emergency sleeping bag, ground cloth and whatnot. Favoured by soldiers, simple and multipurpouse product.
Take it with you when going camping next time, you can use it as a ground cloth, make a pillow out of it, emergency shelter, hammock, seat cushion, sleeping mat or use it with the rain poncho to keep yourself warm. Originally introduced in Vietnam war and quickly became a must and soldier favourite, now it works as a great camping essential for us civilians as well.
It can take the heat and wet, dries quickly and can be stuffed into a very small package, which means it is easy to take along and will not take too much space in your rucksack.
